I do not... (Verified Renter) I do not have many maintenance issues but being I was so concerned about the mirror falling, the fast turn around calmed my worry and brought peace of mind for me. I know my friends would feel the same way.
The apartment community... (Verified Renter) The apartment community has deteriorated over the years spent here. What once was a quiet professional environment has turned into a noisy,environment that starts before eight and goes on until well after eleven O'clock.

Beware Unless you like $90.00 or higher rate increases with only 10 days to decode don’t move here. Staff is terrible No improvements since Lincoln properties has taken over except there famous note don’t put trash on the side beside the trash compactor.. nothing else I have seen has been done to improve anything.. very old complex with no upgrades offered.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The current management, Lincoln Property Company, took over in mid-2017. With them came a brand new, award-winning office staff and maintenance team. Since then, every building got fresh paint and a new roof. The entire property got paved, new LED light poles installed outside and balconies and walkways repaired and/or replaced. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community. I was not present during the time that my maintenance request was completed but my daughter's reported that it went well. I was impressed that it was completed so quickly.

I would recommend.... (Verified Renter) I would recommend. On 3rd year here. It's a safe place to live, office and maintenance staff are friendly. My ONLY problem is upstairs neighbor. VERY VERY noisy at all hours of day - i.e., 2 am / 4:30 am. I am disabled and home a lot. Because of this constant LOUD noise I will not be renewing my lease next year.

(Verified Renter) I would definitely recommend this community to friends because it's a good location, the rent is affordable, the office and maintenance staff are nice and professional, and it's next to a lake! I've only been living here for about 2 months and the ONLY thing I don't like about it so far is that the walls seem pretty thin. I can hear things from my upstairs neighbor including certain things that I'd rather not hear... It's not excessive though so I haven't filed any complaints.
