Would not recommend due to: too many trees community lacks beauty landscape wise, mail boxes unsecure, very old appliances, windows and or insufficient indoor and outdoor lighting and lack of real exercise room no after hours drop box. (very important)

They take all your concerns into consideration to finding the best solution for you possible. Easiest complex to get in touch with, someone is always there to answer the phones to assist you. Great group of people at Edgewater. I enjoy living in the community and the office team is outstanding! The maintenance team is also Very friendly and trustworthy to allowninto your home.
