It's a beautiful... (Verified Renter) It's a beautiful community. Quiet and with easy access to Lake Lynn. The Edgewater staff are all super friendly and helpful.
It is one... (Verified Renter) It is one of the few decent apt communities under $1000 a month in the area, and it it next to a greenway.
I am so... (Verified Renter) I am so comfortable here. I am an older , widowed woman. I am not afraid of anything around me. My neighbors are thoughtful and nice. Great place to be!!! I can even play my piano with no complaints. I hope that if anything I do bothers anyone living here, they will please let me know.
