It is an... (Verified Renter) It is an older apt. For the price, may just go to a newer apt community so can have hard wood floors and newer appliances, etc. But maintenance is prompt for issues, so that is good. Location is really good, though.

Great Location! However,... (Verified Renter) Great Location! However, landscaping is in need of more updates. Looks bad when pulling into complex and in front of buildings. Bushes were removed and never replaced.
