I had the worst experience purchasing a vehicle at EchoPark. There was so much miss communication between financial dep, car sales man and my bank. I was there for about 5hrs. I feel like they made it so difficult for me because I was financing with my bank instead of them. At the end I was told they were going wash my vehicle, which they didnt so I brought it up to his attention showing him parts of the vehicle that were stained we dont do detail cleaning was his response. I co-signed for a vehicle at Echo Park in ********** ** on July 21. I paid $500 for them to process the paperwork for tag, title, and registration. The tag and title never came. On September 26 I called the sales manager and asked for an update. Finally on September 29 a rep from customer service called to report that the paperwork had been submitted only on September 28 - over 2 months after the purchase. Today, October 10 I called again. 190 point inspection means nothing. The brakes on the *** 530i that I bought from them started squealing within a few thousand miles of me buying the car. I took it to ***, only to find out that the brakes were installed backwards. $970 later, the car is fixed (by ***) and Echo Park is telling me "Sorry, but we didn't install them", and the $3500 warranty that I purchased says "we don't cover brakes". I'm out the money, and Echo Park doesn't care. Based on the ratings here - they don't care about this review either.Good Luck... read more

Vehicle was detailed nicely and priced fairly but be very careful to check every out before you purchase. Car was only a year old so I wasnt very diligent on the test drive. Halfway home on my three hour return trip, I went to use the cruise control and found that it wasnt working. Upon further examination, I found that none of the steering wheel controls (stereo, trip computer) worked either. I bought a 2018 **** F-150 Sept 9th. During the test drive the infotainment/touch screen was acting odd. No Nav, bluetooth, and the response was very slow when touched. ****** said it needed a reset and drove it into their shop. 20 minutes later he brought me back to show me how to reset it and it seemed to work, so we completed the deal. On the drive home (2.5 hours) the screen went blank several time, the Nav quit working and bluetooth again quit working. I did not buy the warranty so I figure I'm sunk. If you are planning to buy a car from this store, I recommend that you read this review and buy from this store. I am Asian and I am angry at the appalling attitude of the staff and the fact that I was sold a faulty product.The day I bought my car the monitor did not work. I havent dealt with dealers just buying cars straight out so called the number first, was told to drop by but I could make an appointment if I wanted to; I did. But, when I arrived (8/30), the woman rep told me they wont look at the car (rudely BTW); that I should go back home and do it all online, because I could possibly get more for it. HUH?
