My name is ******************************* from echopark in ********* ****. Worked there over 2 years friday morning was told with out any warning our jobs were being eliminated but they kept the mgr. I thought that a big company owned by sonic one of largest auto dealers would have been more professional and gave us some type of warning. Now with out job and insurance just like that.. very disappointed. No compassion no warning nothing

I went to ************ location and ***** was awesome. He was very pleasant, listened to me and wasn't the typical 'pushy salesman'. I am thankful for that. I would recommend this place!

My Daughter purchased a vehicle, good price for suv.But be careful stick you with lots of extras.Vehicle went from $23,000-to ****** warranty, dent protection, gap insurance etc.

Bought a used truck and found the wrong owners manual in it when I got home was told to download it from the inernet 710 pages. went back to dealer was told they would find me one now 2mounths later still no manual.Like the truck not not the service.

Horrible customer service. Bought the car on January 2 and was told I had 7 days to return the car if I don't like the car with full refund. Returned the car on Friday January 6th. They refused to take the car back and they came with argument that went over 200 miles, which was not disclose on the day I purchased the car and is not disclose on any of the contract I signed. One of the guy tried to hand me a piece of paper he got from the office showing that went over 200 miles that they will not take the car back and i asked ... read more

Purchased a vehicle with them in September 2022 and the sales person was great went over everything but was very persistent on the Gap warranty policy. I explained that I would like to try and finance through my bank and he said that would be no problem we would just cancel the policy and we would get a prorated refund. I decided to purchase the gap policy since he said it would be NO hassle to cancel the policy. I have Refinanced with my bank and have tried to cancel my policy for gap. Absolutely horrible on the service side . Had to take the car back with in a week for an oil leak. They kept for a week and said they fixed it. I am now having to have the oil cooler replaced because they did not do anything to try to repair it

Then we realized, days later, that ******* mislead us about the interest rate being directly tied to the whether or not we purchased the ************* and the car warranty. Even though he knew that we were only buying the car for our daughter to refinance, he told all three of us, that the interest rate would be higher if we did not purchase both insurances. I recently purchased a car from Echo Park. Initially, the salesperson was very accommodating. This was before I came to the lot. While there, he was trying to juggle as many buyers as possible. They kept insisting on an extended warranty. If I did not comply, my interest rate was going up 3 points! The buying process took HOURS, There was miscommunication all along the way. In the end, I drove off the lot with an empty gas tank and the radio doesn't work. I'm disappointed with this dealership.
