Do not give this company any form of deposit. Their ************* head of sales is a bald face liar. They will take your money, lie to your face and keep it.
It was a very pleasant experience. I spoke with ******* and ******. Both very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely be back for another vehicle!
I bought a ******** SUV from here, ****************** is a honest gentle man and a talented Sales man too, but He is honest, not a greedy liar you see at other places. Excellent Business Place, No Hassle, No Pressure, very descent and honest business.
Fraudsters. Spoke to them on the phone and put a deposit on a car to buy. Told them we had a draft from our credit union and would pay some in cash. They said we could use a debit card for that. After driving 5 hours from *********** they told ** they wouldn't sell ** the car using a bank draft. Wasted 10hrs driving and gas and a whole day for horrible customer service. On top of that, at first they refused to refund the deposit. Then said they had to email someone to arrange that. Still waiting for refund.
Not a happy customer. I bought a Jeep from them in June 2023. With a Bumper to Bumper warranty and I didnt verify that the trailer electrical connection was working properly because I had a warranty. However the pins on the electrical connection were not working properly. When I called to get it fixed, they said I had to call the warranty company, but when I called them, they said this was not covered, so I called echo park back and they said they would have someone call me back, but never did. I purchased a vehicle June 6, 2023. By mid July, conveniently just over the 30 days, I noticed the vehicle started blowing "blue smoke" when started. When I called to ask if they could do anything, even just a diagnostics check to tell me what I'm dealing with, the man on the phone replied "I already told you we won't touch the vehicle after 30 days". Took it to ****** today and was informed it needs a WHOLE NEW ENGINE! Also, this was an ongoing problem and the dealership I purchased from had to have been aware. The salesper... read more
