The sales men are fine, the service department is awful. They are consistently rude, the work is rarely done in the time quoted, and the car wash is a joke. I will never buy another vehicle from them solely based on the numerous negative experiences I have had with the service department.

Don't be fooled by their Facebook reviews. Go check on Yelp. I've bought 4 vehicles from DL and every single one of them have had problems arise shortly after purchasing them. The most recent one, which this review is about was a 2015 Dodge Dart that we bought new. 9 months after buying it, the clutch goes out. DL is telling me that it's not covered under warranty because they consider it a normal wear and tear item, like brake pads or wiper blades. Not a happy customer at all! Bought a 2015 doge dart right out of the showroom floor, not even a year later with only 11,000 miles on car the power steering goes out had it towed in 2x first time was told nothing was wrong! Second time had car towed in on a Friday no one even looked at it till Tuesday then I get a call that the part that is needed is back ordered and there not sure how long it will take to get, asked for a loner with they replied they are unable to do. My husband and I bought a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited this weekend. This is our second purchase in less than 2 years from Dwayne Lane's. Luke Millar was our sales consultant for both purchases. He was very helpful and thorough with both of our purchases. Luke and Kenny worked with my husband and I to get us in my dream car. I just purchased a new vehicle today, I have to say that my sales rep michael fraser was excellent. I walked in and was greeted right away, i even recieved a free latte! i explained my circumstances and he showed me what he had, he wasnt pushy at all! I hate pushy saleman lol, I would recommend buying a car or truck from this place, expecially from michael. He made the whole experiace better, I wont do business anywhere else.
