Dwayne lanes Chevrolet was great to deal with they were helpful informative. Even with our tight budget was able to get us into a car that suited our needs wanted to thank them and bob our salesman and his manager.

Used to love this place and would of gave them 5 stars always until last month when I had a tire emergency they were no help even though all our services (oil, mechanical and tires) came from them. No customer service and treated me very poorly! I personally will never deal with them again!
My last scheduled oil changes have all taken over an hour and a half, thank heavens I haven't needed unscheduled maintenance. They're nice, the work seems adequate, wifi didn't work, they screwed up my prepaid service plan with GM but a call to GM fixed that.. They ended up selling me a maintenance plan because I assumed it was invalid (switched dealers) that I didn't need.
