James and Brian took very good care of us when we were having a few issues with our engine light coming on. They were able to get me in quickly and were very friendly! I will not use any other service center. They are the best!

I came in on my day off to look at cars here. Had a very nice salesman, can't remember his name, who assisted me. I drove some really nice cars and chose a nice 300. They gave me a moderate trade for my car and everything was done painlessly. The day I came in to finalize the deal I worked with a different salesman Luke Millar. I would recommend him to anyone to make the sales process easier. Thank you and I love my new car!!! Bonnie

My wife and I bought a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country from Dwayne Lane's back in July 2014. We were assisted by Joey Delvecchio during our purchase. Even though we paid for the van in cash, Joey was very helpful and thorough with our purchase and made us feel very welcomed. I had bought a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 from a Ford dealer completely blind to what was really happening. In October of 2015 my truck had stopped running and the ETC light had come on. I tried contacting the Ford dealer and of course no one called me back. Why would they care? They bank gave them their money, and they were done with me. I had Dwayne Lane's / Everett shop replace my transmission a couple years ago close to 7k, repair bill with a 36/150,000 mile warranty. I have less then 35K miles on it and now having problems with it again. Service rep says I may not be covered under warranty now since the the Service rep that sold me the transmission is no longer employed there. They supplied the transmission and labor and now says I will have to get documents showing I have a warranty before they will be able to do anything. I purchased my truck from them... read more

I'm calling the attorney general and the better business Bureau. .. I'm a very popular hairdresser. .. the word is going out in record numbers. My advice is please feel free to do the same! Absolutely no business or personal ethics what so ever. Disgusting

Bought a used truck with low miles on it. The very next day the check engine light came on with an O2 sensor fault. Have called and emailed multiple times and have either gotten no response or just avoided. The service dept. said I would have to pay for the repairs and they would only look at it on a weekday, I'm only available for a Saturday appt. as I live an hour away. My 2014 Dodge Dart Bluetooth stopped working. The factory warranty has just expired. They took care of it with a courtesy repair, so it didn't cost me anything. They even vacuum and washed my car. The service as professional. The courtesy van driver was nice. She dropped me off at the office and picked me up. The repair was faster than I had expected.
