I always go to Dwayne Lanes Service department (In Everett) for an oil change. They always check everything when it comes to my car but today I had to stay to get my oil changed with my daughter and we were extremely tired but the employees made sure I got my coffee and took me to the family room so my daughter got to play while we waited. It made me so happy they not only took care of my car but also took care of me and my daughter so we were both comfortable.

RecommendedI worked with Kaya in Arlington but since I live up in the San Juan's and she worked most of her magic over the phone/text/email which was best for me. Today she met me in Arlington with everything set up and ready to go and I was able to go in and painlessly trade out my suv for a new truck and still make it back on the ferry :)

My experience here has been awesome!!!!!!!!. I started out with an email to the internet folks and told Alex what I wanted. He immediately texted me back and started looking. I was very specific on what type of Jeep I was looking for. I made an appt to go visit him on 12/7, pretty much one week after the initial outreach. We purchased a 2016 1500 from them 2 months ago. We had opted to add in a rear slider and a bedliner to the agreement, but it got missed when the paper work was set up and sent to the bank. Bob Hunt worked with me to get a rear slider at their cost and a bedliner. I was able to get the 0% financing thru them as well. The window and liner have been installed and are working well.
