This dealership in Everett has lost business from my family! My mother was dealing with someone by the name of Jennifer and she needs to work on her people skills. She never called back when she was supposed to or returned emails. Also she seemed like she didn't want to help at all. We would rather travel across the country and pay twice as much for a vehicle before we go back there.
