Bought a 2018 rubicon - three years later engine blew. Their *************** basically blamed me stating we dont know your driving habitsWhen I brought these overheating concerns to their attention in 2023, and they couldnt replicate the issue, I dont buy they do business diligently or with care. Especially when expressing their lack of responsiveness and customer service and ****** answer to me was Ok. Dont shop here
Bought a used charger for my sons bday and has been in shop 2x since we have had it. Has a 6 month 6000 mile warranty that the said won't work on this problem. My sons car abs, all wheel drive and engine light is on and car doesn't work right. Sales manager said tough s*** buy another warranty.
I took my Dodge Caliber in for an oil change, air filter replacement, and a service inquiry for why my engine was sputtering when going uphill. I made the appointment online several days in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, I got checked in, and went over what I needed done. I signed a $300+ quote bid and asked how long it would take. Very disappointed on how things were handle and the outcome and no one that would honestly want to help!!!!it was a miscommunication that has easy fix, but no one willing to honestly help.even when said they called me multiple times and me telling them I never received a call & telling me they even left a voicemail & I have proof from my phone company that no calls came in from them. It’s sad and upsetting that after 2 weeks I have to return the vehicle I fell in love!!it really sucks!!!

Our team allowed you to take the vehicle in good faith assuming the information you provided was correct. The sales managers provided an option that would allow you to keep the car but you declined. sold us a car care service contract that we were unable to use anywhere except their service center. We bought the contract because I was familiar with them and they are very convenient especially for Active Duty military members who move around the country. Once we relocated we found out that they were extremely misleading and that the contract couldn’t be used as they sold it to us. Don't ruin someone's car and then lie about what happened by claiming the owner did something to cause it. When you do routine maintenance on a regular basis, and then lie to cover yourself, it speaks volumes. Then only offering 500, and telling the poor customer their car is going to the crusher several times because it is not worth fixing only adds to the insult. What liars!!! Dwayne Lane's Auto Family update I bought a truck from them last Wednesday and I’m having some issues. I understand that I bought a used truck but the check engine light kicks on every 200-300 miles.
