RecommendedGreat place to buy a car. I traveled 700 to buy a car and I'm glad I did. Corey Dutiel took care of everything when I arrived. Although I already knew alot about the car, he pointed out many key features. He even set up the Ford app on my phone!! I wish the dealer was closer so I could refer all my friends and family to Corey!!

There is an air bag recall on my Fusion. We called the service department at the end of Feb. They told us they would call when the part came in. We called them several times and they still didn't have the part. In fact, they still haven't called to tell us to bring it in. Good thing that Ridenour in New Lexington has a better parts connection because they got the air bag and had it fixed in 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I'll never take any of my cars there for ANY service again!
The service department is absolutely HORRIBLE with even worse customer service. I’ve had issues with my car for months! Take it in for recalls to be fixed and have to take it back the next day because it wasn’t done correctly. From the very first phone call I’ve made I was treated with disrespect and like I have no idea what I’m talking about. Treated even worse today to the point of telling them not to touch my car, I’m getting it and taking it to Marietta where they were very respectful and took time to listen and explain ... read more
Great place and even better employs. I bought 2 vechials in 5 days there so I think that is telling you that they are GREAT !! Kyle was one of the best salesmen that I have ever dealt with. I am older and with these 2 vechials I have purchased 13 brand new cars and I will say it was the best experience that I have ever had. All the people that work there are very friendly and are there to help. Again Kyle was GREAT go see him and he will help you out !!!

I personally worked with Angie and she was amazing! The rest of the staff was always very welcoming as well. The store is super clean and inviting and the free pop and snacks didn't hurt either ;) It was a least a 3 week process of shopping and test-driving before I picked out and drove home my new vehicle and Angie was great about staying in touch and answering any questions my husband and I had throughout the process. I very highly recommend this place and would definitely give them my business again in the future.
