Just bought a 2017 Nissan Rouge from Dutros. It was a great, no pressure experience from beginning to end. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Kyle Kuhn sold us the car and he was absolutely amazing. I would recommend Dutros and Kyle to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I picked out my car online, gave the dealership a call and Nicole got right on it and even dealt with my indecisiveness like a pro! I made the trip from Charleston, WV; test drove my car and was back on the road a few hours later! Great staff, great facility, great experience!
Horrible service department, extremely rude staff. We will never have anything serviced here again. Took out truck over to have a problem looked at, when finished was told we could pick up after hours that the fob would be on the seat and doors locked. When we arrived that evening to pick up they took both fobs out and locked the truck so we couldn’t get it. Total waste of time and money driving 1/2 hour to pick it up. Delivered the truck the next day only after complaining.
Ask for “Big Red” whenever you’re trying to get a car.
I've been working here for almost 2 weeks. I was very picky on where to go to work this time. So far it is everything they promised. Every customer I have brought here from my hometown has been treated very well and the prices have always been lowest within the area, if comparing everything from, miles to condition and equipment.
