Came to Dutro to check out a Dodge Dart, test drove it, fell in love with it. Jason and the team at Dutro were so incredibly helpful and made this process so easy for us. My (less than awesome) credit was approved, my car was taken back to be cleaned, and I'm driving away with my new car within hours of walking in. The building is beautiful, there is no pressure to buy, everyone is friendly. I absolutely recommend Dutro to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Poor service scheduling practices. It took a week and a half to get my car in for a oil change and a recall that involved having the computer reprogrammed. They overbooked their appointments which meant my car took two days to complete the services. The staff are friendly, but apparently this is common practice in the service department. Unfortunately I will avoid using them in the future, because dependability and reliability are important to me.
I recently bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and I love it!!! Thank you Jason Browning for your AWESOME customer service! Everyone we had to deal with was very friendly and went above and beyond :)
