You can't beat the customer service at this place. We recently bought new Ford Super Duty truck and several weeks later discovered a scrape on one of the running boards. Our salesman Kyle Khune and his service manager worked very hard to make it right with us. They are replacing both running boards at no cost to us because they care about keeping their customers satisfied. They will be getting all of our future business.
4th time was a charm getting my car fixed. Nice people, poor coordination.

Refused to honor my Ford Premium Maintenance package. Tried to convince me it only covered oil changes despite the fact I was holding the agreement in my hand. Ford confirmed services were covered and referred me to another dealership.
