My son purchased a 2014 Ford Focus ST yesterday and it was such a smooth process. Everyone was genuinely nice!.. thanks for the positive experience. We will definitely come back!
Picked up my car today, that they could not find anything wrong with. Drove less than 10 miles and low and be hold its not shifting.� The car has been in three times for shifting issues, this time would move at all for 3 days for me but when they got in it worked fine. Very disappointing will never buy a new vehicle from Dutro's.

The service department is excellent at making excuses and horrible at everything else. Avoid the service department at all costs. Certain members of the service department are very unprofessional. I will not be returning.....ever.
Service department was horrible. And to the worker that threw his hands in the air in anger and mocked the customer when he turned his back on you..very unprofessional!
Jason browning sold me and my wife the car of our dreams... will send everyone I know his way. Friendly and very informative just all around a great experience. Thanks Jason and the entire staff.
Even though the process did not turn out to be just as easy as we thought to find the exact car I wanted, Jason found the unfindable and even arranged a surprise for me with my husband. No matter how many questions I asked or different options and numbers I wanted to look at, they never got impatient with me and shared in my joy as I drove my brand new Ford off the lot!
