Absolutely terrible experience dealing with Ford and this dealership. No one wanted to take ownership of their mistakes to include the dealership when they sold me a car knowing it had transmission issues, then “fixed” my car and it broke down same day picking it up, then tried to charge me a towing bill to bring it back again and 1100$. Will not be returning or recommending again.
My husband & I went to browse vehicle options & found a Dodge van I really loved. Corey helped us through the entire process, making it easy & personable. Sales staff is MUCH BETTER than in years past. I appreciate their willingness to match prices, which they wouldn’t do before. Unfortunately the service department is poor. It took several hours for an oil change. That’s with paying over $1,200 more for service perks. I made appointment well in advance too. That’s not acceptable. Pass on the service add ons, do those elsewhere.
I purchased a 2019 Ford Eco Sport Monday and my experience was pure perfection. I had Shawn for a salesman and he was very professional. Was more than willing to help me find the perfect car to fit my needs. He explained everything about each car i looked at was very patient while i decided. I test drove 2 and decided the Eco Sport was best for me. Everything after made my decision went very smoothly. He went all out to help me find the perfect car.
