RecommendedAbsolutely the worst experience I've ever had dealing with anything. Transmission was brought in for replacement, which took weeks longer than quoted. I was patient though, understanding and polite.Then things went to hell. 1st drive home my engine is smoking, heavily smoking. Popped the hood and the coolant was completely drained. I would say horrible service if they actually provided any at all. Car parts get stolen off their lot and they do nothing about it, shady shady business. run around a between service calls and no real answers given. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
Would never recommend to anyone, allowed parts to get stolen off of a vehicle they were suppose to fix. Claimed it wasn’t their problem and they were not going to fix it. “Claim it on insurance” they said. Then after insurance was filed and they were given the ok to fix it. Took 3 months to get it back. While dealing with them they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Honestly the biggest joke of a dealership and shop you could ask for. I’ve been dealing with them for over two years about my bed liner I believe they are trying to wait until the Warranty runs out then say we aren’t going to cover it about done dealing with them I stopped dealing with dutros for many years and went back but on the verge of never dealing with them again
