My husband and I bought a new 2020 Nissan Kicks today that we love!!! But what was even better was the AMAZING salesman we dealt with. His name was Shawn and he was fantastic! He helped us get the best deal and find what we were looking for without trying to push us into other things. He’s was such a delight to deal with and he made the process so smooth and easy !! Also the manager who dealt with the finance portion was just as great!! We HIGHLY recommend Dutro!!

bought a truck from them two months ago and i have already had it in the shop two different times and have 2000.00 in it
Friendly, down-to-earth and knowledgeable sales staff! What really stick with me was 1) the manager was helping his salespeople with their transactions, 2) that same manager continuously updated us on the process, and finally 3) because that manager treated his people so good, they made sure to tell him “Goodnight” as they left at the end of their day. While it’s a big, fancy building Dutro Ford Lincoln Mercury is definitely a family experience!

I come from a customer service background myself and think the information could be helpful. I have a 2010 Nissan Maxima. Last year it was rear ended in our parking lot at work (I'm a supervisor at Spectrum Cable) It was sent to your body shop to be repaired. The body shop kept me in the loop and did amazing work! I’ve never received good service from Dutro’s. I wanted to give them another chance and brought my vehicle in for a warranty covered service on Monday. They told me it might take a day or two to get to because they were busy. It’s Thursday noon and I haven’t heard from anyone. We called and were told the guy working on my car was out and they promised he would call me back. 3 hours later no call. I had a great experience buying my 2018 Ford EcoSport from Dutro’s. My salesman, Cory, was very knowledgeable and made buying a car easy. This well established dealership is affordable, locally owned, and reliable.
Shawn was a terrific help! I’ve never met such a kind salesman. Definitely worked super hard for my husband and I. 100% recommend anyone needing a new vehicle to stop and see Shawn!!
