I went to the shop today wanted to buy two pair of glasses for my and my husband, but what a lack of customer service. No one even say hello, when I asked a question the lady made a face like what on heck are you bothering me. I asked at least you should ask polite please repite your question, but her answer was I don’t have to have a smile at 10am in the morning so its better to have afternoon shift when you are able to offer a nice customer service. Brilliant optometrists. Always excellent. Saw Tran Duong today and she was exceptional, explained eye related concerns very well and gave kind and thorough examination. The staff in the shop eyewear fitting roles are also amazing, warm and helpful. Will not go anywhere else.
The frames do not hold up. I ordered a pair of progressive lenses to go with my new white Dresden frames. After a 3 week wait for international shipping, the frames lasted a week. Started to get cracks on opposite sides of the lenses. Sent in a few photos to show the product defect. They sent me a replacement frame, no arms; which is very reasonable. Their sustainability policy also takes into account the end-of-life of their frames, so if they happen to break or you just want a new style, you can drop them off in-store to be upcycled again into new products; circularity in practice. Furthermore, Jonathan, the optometrist, is knowledgeable, personable, and does a thorough eye checkup so you know you're in good hands.
Such amazing customer service, they went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed as it was my first pair of glasses. Chrissy's phone support was truly amazing. Highly recommend!
