Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Pankratz explained everything and I’m very happy with his care.
I the process was efficient and I was well cared for at all times.
My visit was excellent, the lady who saw me first was very patient and kind ,,second lady was very helpful and very informative,,3 person Dr Pancratz is very passionate with me and explained everything that applies to my visit.I will recommend Dr Pancratz to whom needs with their eyes. And receptionist were very kind as well.
The office is very busy, but appears to run on time.
Dr. Pankratz has performed my all eye operations and I could not be more pleased with his work. Today’s visit was for a checkup. As usual everyone was very kind and professional. My visit was highlighted with the minimum waiting due to dilation.wa
