Loyal patient for over 20 years. Today, three hours waiting, with three normal tests, before I saw the doctor. Everyone, including the doctor, seemed less than concerned about my aggravation. I guess when you have the only lemonade stand, you don't need sugar.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable
I was pretty nervous going into the procedure. All the employees from the receptionist to the nurses were encouraging and kind. They patiently reassured me and answered all my questions. Dr. Pankratz himself called me the evening after my surgery to check on me and see if I had any questions about after care. The day of surgery my distance vision was drastically improved and my near vision was improved by the next morning!
