Great clinic and Dr and Staff
The staff are professional, I did not have long wait times for my eye tests. Dr. Pankratz is always very professional & focused on evaluating tests to determine the condition of my eyes.
All the staff and the office are very friendly and knowledgeable. Today the office was fairly busy, but only waited about 5 minutes for my appointment. Staff treated you like you were the only one there. When seeing the doctor, he didn’t seem rushed or anything. He took his time and asked if I had any questions.
First meeting. The vibe was he is obviously very intelligent but full of himself. Seemed like he was very demanding and expected perfection from staff. I saw him for 5 mins tops. Very direct. Did not want to explain much. I didn’t feel like he cared I was just another check mark off the list on the schedule! I do want to say again that the office staff was amazing!!! Check in and out and the nurses.
The staff are so friendly and eager to help. Dr. Pankratz is thorough and answered all my questions.

Was very pleased with all the employees and how friendly they were. Dr. Pankratz Had a very pleasing personality and explained everything to my understanding. He has had my mom and brother for several years and nothing but good things to say so he was my choice to do my cataract and pretext surgery.

This was an annual eye exam. I had LASIK over 15 years ago and had one eye redone about 5 years ago. Dr. Pankratz and his team have always been very professional and great to work with.
