On time. Thorough exam. Well communicated results.
Went for retina scan and was seen by Dr Pankratz. I had visited Pankratz Eye Clinic 2 years back as well. Very thorough and very knowledgeable. They are absolute professionals. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Although the office was handling a full patient load I was worked in to see Dr. Pandratz to address the concerns I had with issues in my left eye. Much appreciated!
He was rather quiet, extremely soft spoken. I ask a question, which seemed to come before he was ready to discuss. He said we would discuss that later in the visit. We never got to that point.
