He was very welcoming and thorough. He announced what he was doing as he was doing it . Was very comfortable.
I arrived on time for my appointment, checked in, waited 45 minutes, and then left. I always respect my healthcare provider's time, and I expect the same in return.Dr. Pankratz has provided excellent care for me in the past. But scheduling and communication seem to be issues at present.
