Been going to Dr Pankratz for over 14 years. My husband & I always have a positive experience with the Dr as well as his entire staff !! Twice he has alerted us to medical conditions we had to resolve & that saved our lives. He is the BEST of the BEST !!

There was no wait for the 3 different procedures I had done.
I would recommend Dr. Pankratz but my appointment yesterday was very long. I was in the office for 4 hours. I think once the drops were put in my eyes and I was told to have a seat in the waiting area, I think I was forgotten. I have been to the office in the past and it has NEVER taken 4 hours. since this was an appointment to follow up from a year ago I am really surprised it took so long.
Everyone was polite, informative and professional.
I felt Dr. Pankratz and his staff were very thorough an knowledgeable in the services they offered. I would definitely recommend Pankratz Eye Institute to those who need his services.
Friendly, efficient and competent is how I would describe the Pankratz Eye Institute. I was in and out for a thorough exam in less time than I might have waited just to get started at other practices. High quality care by a high quality staff and physician. Absolutely a positive experience!
