All the Techs are caring and do a great job making you understand what they are doing with test. They are careful to get the data they need. Everyone is very polite and patient. I would recommend Dr. Pankratz to anyone needing eye care.

He was highly recommended to me by a physician friend of mine years ago and has been my eye doctor ever since. He did my and my wife's cataract surgeries. He is excellent in his procedures and in his professionalism. His staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Dr. Pankratz is a caring doctor and is definitely qualified to take care of my eyes. He's patient during his examinations. He addresses issues kindly, and gives me the option as to when I want certain procedures performed. I truly appreciate his care for my eyes.
I was impressed with the knowledge of staff and minimal wait time. Dr Pankratz gives you confidence in his ability and does not make you feel pressured into anything. I will be having cataract surgery knowing I will be in excellent hands!
