Professional, well educated, made me great options

Very professional staff and state of the art equipment.
Was able to see Dr Pankratz the same day I called with a concern about my vision. Even though he isn't my regular eye doctor at his office, he was prepared with my vision history. Dr Pankratz did suggest a cause for my vision issue that will be investigated further.

Dr Pankratz was referred to me from a couple of co-workers with high regard. EVERY Lasik consultation I went to with other well known institutes kept telling me the ONLY way to enhance my prior Lasik correction was PRK. Lengthy recovery and the only “safe” way to proceed. Too risky they all said. Dr. Pankratz advised just like all Lasik procedures that there is always risk. Enhancing is not any more or less of a risk. My visit was lengthy - 2 hrs- but I had been warned ahead of this - the exams were multiple and all efficiently accomplished by qualified staff!
