Everyone was very qualified in what they tested me far, cleaned each tool after testing, place was amazing clean, as far as DR. Pankratz he is very thorough and makes sure you understand what needs to be done and let’s you decide from there, very friendly and puts you at ease the whole team is amazing.
Dr Pankratz was extremely arrogant and rude. Save yourself time and money by going to a different doctor.
Dr. Pankratz is very good at his profession. I would recommend him to anyone who needs vision surgery. he explains every thing to you and takes time to listen to your questions. Very considerate about your well being.
He is the most pleasant Dr. I have ever met. The staff was awesome, they explained everything to me and treated me pleasant. My eyes are great now. Pain free and exceptionally friendly staff.
I would give this zero stars if I could. Very dismissive and rude. Showed no concern for my very serious vision problems, and spent less than three minutes with me. Looked in my eyes quickly and said he saw nothing wrong and to go get eye drops. Very arrogant and smug. Turns out 10 months later I have MGD and permanent eye damage that could have been prevented if this "doctor" cared at all about his patients. Would never recommend him. Ever.
