I agree with the wait time. You're lucky if you're made to wait 30 minutes! What I niticed about this fictor us, HE NEVER MAKES EYE CONTACT. He is always looking down at the file on his lap. Makes me wonder if he really cares about me and my health. When I went to see him about an injured foot recently, he never came close to look at my foot, let alone touch it or examine it. He makes me feel like I have some dreaded disease, and that is why he doesn't want to look at me or examine me.
Pan is the most uncaring doctor I ever met. Please don't go to him. They will make you wait at least an hour even with an appointment. The visit with Pan is usually less than 10 minutes. Stay away.
We waited for almost an hour. I am so far agreeing with the below. I am also in healthcare, so I can actually talk to him in his medical language. He did not write some stuff down during our first appointment, which lead to more bloodwork needed. He also blamed me for it. Called me crazy.... Then there is the older Asian lady MA that answer the phone, and gives you wrong information. And also the office help that schedules appointments without know if all test results are received. Just awful.
I agree with the rater from 2006. Five years later and Dr .Pan has not changed. Even for those with appts., he makes most everyone wait, unless you happen to be personal friends with him or his staff. The drug reps love him because they get first priority of visiting the doctor before the patients. Dr. Pan must be loving those kickbacks! My dad has found another doctor who is the total opposite of Dr. Pan. She's caring, listens to her patients and shows concern for my dad's health. extremely uncaring doctor. very rude when you ask questions. the wait is usually an hour or more and the visit is rushed. doesn't seem to care what you have to say. shows no concern for patient. answer to everything is blood tests. i brought my mother in because she was extremely sick. i didn't make an appointment becuase we couldn't wait days to see him. we waiting in the waiting room for 2-3 hours. when we finally saw him, he was mad and kept going on about how we didn't have an appointment. showed no signs of concern as m... read more
