I was extremely impressed with nearly every facet of this organization as I experienced it from the perspective of a patient last week, in the cardiac ICU. I observe things in organizations as many years ago I was an organizational development consultant. It was obvious to me that deliberate and intentional work has been done on building a cohesive team that works well together. The communication with me and each other, the cheerful disposition of the nurses, the professionalism, and the genuine warmth of the staff was very ... read more

came to get my monthly prescription and got charged $5.00 for parking and staying literally 10min.

Business response:

Jessica, in our garage the parking rate for the first 3 hours is a flat rate of $5.00. These rates are competitive within the DC Metro area. Thanks.

I arrived via flight from civista hospital and the moment I arrived I was greeted by a caring and professional staff. Dr. Gallino and his staff informed me on every step they were taking with my post heart attack. even though I was very stressed and scared they made me comfortable during every procedure performed . Once the testing was done the nursing staff were very helpful and professional also . Nurse Jessie and nurse Urge were just a couple of the many that made my stay a good experience despite my condition . Great hos... read more

Some nurses give the best care. Other don't do that great. The 2 vistor only rule is ridiculous. When you have two parents and 1 step parent that cares deeply and that patient Doesn't want neither of us to leave his side. Especially when one parent is currently stuck in a wheel chair getting pushed in and out of the room.

I had to unfortunately go to ER. I thought I was at DC General back in the day when it too was supposed to be an hospital. The only way I would ever go here again is if an EMS took me by accident. The service the doctors the techs the nurses are all aweful. Don't have all day to tell you my story just take your chances and see for yourself. I will say this, If you have ever lost a loved one at this hospital I would suggest to you be sure to have it throughly investigated. They left me in a hallway for hours !!

Not impressed with their handling of pregnancy complications. Mother with HELLP syndrome, baby in NICU, been here 2 days and not 1 doctor that is treating the baby has been to see the mom.

Business response:

We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you are open to speaking with our patient advocate, would you please send us a private message with your contact information? Thank you.
