The maternity ward should be more family friendly. My son is devastated that he can not visit his sister and welcome in her new bundle. We know delivery is routine for staff but it's a big deal for families. So now grandpa can't make make it because he had to stay home with my 8 year old. What a mess!

The air conditioning in my dad's heart surgery recovery room isn't working and the window is bolted shut it's like 80 degrees in here ... they sent a repair man up and he said it's fixed ... guess what that was an hour ago .. still hot as hell. Anywhere else they would move you, expecially for the bill you get from the hospital. How you supposed to recover when your room is this misrible?
