U guys need get with the program there's a woman that's been in your e.r for about a day and u guys have her in the hallway wtf is really going on delete this do u but u guy know you are wrong!!!!!!

The maternity ward should be more family friendly. My son is devastated that he can not visit his sister and welcome in her new bundle. We know delivery is routine for staff but it's a big deal for families. So now grandpa can't make make it because he had to stay home with my 8 year old. What a mess!

Dear MedStar Washington Hospital, My brother Jordan Jafari is in this hospital on Level three. You guys are such great staff, the doctors and nurses are top notch! So caring and wonderful Please continue to take more than perfect care of my brother. My family and I are so blessed that you guys are able to get him stable and in good hands. The air conditioning in my dad's heart surgery recovery room isn't working and the window is bolted shut it's like 80 degrees in here ... they sent a repair man up and he said it's fixed ... guess what that was an hour ago .. still hot as hell. Anywhere else they would move you, expecially for the bill you get from the hospital. How you supposed to recover when your room is this misrible?
