My doctor was Great! That is the only reason I went to this hospital. It's not modern or updated. The food selection for the patient was very limited. It's like the hospitals of the 1970's. WHC you need to step up you game!

They have always been good to me in the GI lab which is where I go... Sometimes I wish they would take my commute (2 hrs) into consideration after a procedure and keep me a little longer to heal. The traffic is a nightmare when you have just had a procedure and trying to get home. Not fun. But the staff and the care I get while there are wonderful....

Everyone was so amazing while I was there for an outpatient procedure. It really made me feel at ease to meet my entire surgical team. From admissions on up, every single person was kind, professional, and made sure my needs were taken care of.

From the time that I arrived to MedStar Washington Hospital Center the service was outstanding. The staff was caring, attentive and very sensitive to my needs. I would like to especially thank Melissa and Ashley (7am-7pm) Nurse Assistants(I think) and Scott from Montreal...they were amazing! Thank you Scott for your patience and for your upbeat personality. Two stars is really to good. I have always adored this hospital. How can you have a patient come in two weeks for pre op and never received my important medication after surgery. I am on HB meds and Chemotherapy Pill. Bottom line NO COMMUNICATION!!! are you all still in the business of taking care of and saving lives. Liquid diet no Liquid diet no one know I didn't fault the the nurse 's it's so SAD!!! Never received a set of hygiene products. I could go on and on. I was at medstar WHC and my first time there the nurses were pleasant courteous every time I punch that button they come the doctors were friendly I didn't have a bad visit.if anything ever happen to me again (hope it never happened no time soon) medstar WHC is where I want to be taken
