Very poor customer service. My mom had a unilateral mastectomy I felt like she was forgot about after the surgery. Waited for over 8 hours for a room, everyone else was gone to a room that came in with her and after her. Not to mention she was one of the first persons there at 5am. Her surgeon was ok nurse before was great and the one after was good but she had to stay with my mom after her shift and I could tell she was tired but she was ok. Just piss poor charge nurse on the pre/post op waiting area.

Their oncology department is excellent, with a special call-out to Dr. Priebat, a sarcoma expert. He always spends at least an hour with me. He is the reason I am alive 12.5 years after diagnosis with a deadly cancer. Everyone in the department has had customer service training. They go out of their way to be helpful. Thanks, WHC Oncology Department!
