i find it unacceptable that my daughters pain med on 3rd floor east burn unit is constantly a minumum of 20 minutes late during the day... and right now shes still waiting for her 930am pain med and its now 1040am... unacceptable!!!

Had a double bypass heart surgery. Operation was Thursday afternoon, was able to go home on Saturday. The care and professional services that everyone provided were fantastic.I really don't have the words to describe they're commitment and what a wonderful work they did to me

This Hospital is amazing. It was where the most devastating events that I've ever experienced happened to my daughter, but everyone was so wonderful. The nurses and doctors attending my daughter are extremely attentive. She has been in the ICU since we got here and I have been impressed by the attention paid to the family and every visitor who has come by. In the midst of our despair, everyone has been wonderful.
