Love this hospital
My Dad was admitted for a week to have his kidney removed and it was the worst experience ever! He's a Navy veteran and was in the hospital on Veteran's Day. That night his nurse didn't even check on him and his drainage pump flooded his bed. When he complained she told him "That's the way we do it here so you better get used to it." If that's the way you treat our Veteran's, shame on you Washington Hospital Center. Shame on you!
Business response:
We would like to know who you spoke with. Please reach out to us privately. We are very sorry about your dad's experience at our hospital. Thank you.

Thank you Washington Hospital Burn Center and Dr. Marion Jordan. Ten years ago I was rushed to your hospital, fearing I would lose my ring finger or possibly my whole hand from a severe electrical shock/burn. That was not the case at all. You put my finger and hand back together and it functions 100%. Other than the skin graft on the bottom of my hand, no one ever notices it. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I'll keep everyone in my thoughts and prayers that has to spend Christmas in the hospital. Andy Roberts
Having to wait almost 5 hours to see a doctor!..and Nurses have no clue where the doctora are?...ummm not great.
Have been here for almost 20 hours. Still waiting for a room. Have not seen a Dr in @ 4 hours. Nurses and Dr's were very busy but nice last night. Lots of people on computers, difficult to get any answers. Daytime nurses saying they haven't had a lunch break. Trying to decide if I should go to a better hospital. Didn't expect this experience at this hospital because it has a good reputation.
Well I got my chen replace
Their service is not so GREAT! WHY? I had an ASL interpreter with me since 6 pm waiting together, around 7:15 pm, when my name was called, went into a room wait for 10 minutes then ASL Agency from this Hospital took my ASL interpreter away, then few minutes nurse came into room, start to talking to me! Realized that I am deaf and told me that she will be back. Now I have to wait until my ASL interpreter to come back. Thank you doctor for ruin my Birthday Day! Fuck You Doctor and Nurse for laughing at my frustration about thi... read more
