When I was staying there,when I needed help they were not there when I called from my room 6 times in 45 min

One of the worse Hospitals ever!!!!! The staff are nasty an incompetent and belittle patients. They have a policy where they will not give out blankets due to policy or let love ones back in the ER due to policy. When you ask to see the policy they cannot present it in writing. They also do not have pillows in the back to give to patients due to...guess what?! Policy!!!! The. triage is tge worse and slowest Ive seen. And. they charge for parking. I temped their would like to come back and be a team player I did housekeeping and laundry now I have medical assistant or medical billing diploma
The nurses here are superheroes for the most part putting up with a patient that feels crappy crap. With a smile under their surgical masks

I had had heart surgery in the Cath Lab by a wonderful staff of medical personnel! I'm 58 yrs. young & had been living with SVT since I was 18 yrs. old. Through the wonderful hands of Dr. Zayd Eldadah, MD. & a wonderful pre op staff. I was made aware of every step of my procedure from beginning to end, leaving so relaxed about what was going to happen. I would recommend that anyone look to MedStar Washington Hospital for any medical procedure they need to have done. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!
