Stayed last year for 2 weeks lived every minute
Front desk service was friendly and room was decently clean but after being at universal until 2 am and going to sleep at 3am, being woken by housekeeping at 8 was not pleasing. Otherwise, felt safe in the room and location of the hotel was wonderful.
We were here for an event and we had an excellent time. Everyone was very helpful. The only complaint I had was when trying to leave I had called twice for someone to come and bring a chart to help load the car for checkout and they never came. We had to carry everything ourselves and make multiple trips.
