I got stuck with the wheelchair accessible room, which offers a view of a roof. The lighting reminds me of East Germany. The bed is lumpy and worn out. One more night of this place.

It was nice. As others have said the people were nice and the hotel was clean. The hotel is located in a really good place if you plan to go to Universal. Also there is a Walgreens, Starbucks, Friday's along with other places to eat right in walking distance (5-10 minutes). We would stay here again for a quick weekend trip. I believe they are about to upgrade the hotel. It's not a Westin but it's ok if you are looking for something clean and affordable. Oh the pool area looked really nice even though we didn't have time to u... read more

I really liked it! I never had to call the staff for any complain, the people were very friendly. There's lots of restaurants right next to the hotel like TGIF, japanese steak house, golden corral, chinese buffet etc. Well my one complain is the parking lot which you have to use your room card key and sometimes dont work and you have to call assistance which i couldn't wait due to the need to use the bathroom and i had to pay for parking :( that day.

We are here now. It's Okay. We had to switch rooms due to a leak somewhere causing a puddle in the bathroom and the carpet in the closest was wet. We were disappointed in the pool, thought it would be heated, not many chairs for people to lounge in and a little music would have been nice. The breakfast buffet is expensive but there are lots of places nearby to eat. We got Burger King and Einstein Bagels and brought it back.

Room was outdated and staffs answer to all our questions the entire weekend was "I don't know" . There was also a hotel convention they had with DJ music blasting loud all night into our room making it tough to relax and impossible to use facilities because was overrun by convention people. Won't stay here again !

The people, the room, everything was very nice. However, when reservations were made we were told that breakfast was included...it was not included!!! Continental breakfast was $14 and full service buffet was $23!!!! Also was told that the pool was heated, it was not heated at all. Granted, we did not eat breakfast there. There was a Golden Corral, waffle house and several other breakfast places within less than a mile away and that was helpful.

This being our first time staying here our stay was okay the staff was nice and respectful to the visitors of their establishment, the only thing that we have to say negative is the the check-in time took a very long time but with all that was going on it was expected and there was no refrigerator nor microwave to store our things in or warm our food.
