No complaints. Free cookie at the door! Yum lol but overall it's a great place to stay and plenty activities to do around the hotel. Highly recommended!
We stay here on a regular basis and the staff are incredible! Yeah the decor is getting old, but we were informed the hotel is going to get a multi million dollar renovation and we are excited to see the outcome.
Big disappointment for a Diamond member. The only thing good is the fact I get to leave today
The first room assigned smelled like an electrical fire but, they immediately reassigned us and the next room was perfect. We got free breakfast because of the change without asking for anything. The buffet was delicious. For a one night stay it meet our needs. The staff is very nice, multicultural and helpful.
We had stuff stolen from the room mainly cosmetics they didn't care the manager verged on aggressive and the electics where faulty runined what could and should have been a great holiday Hilton should be ashamed
The rooms were full of mold and a disheveled man was smoking and drinking on a bench right in front of the hotel. This hotel is a dump ! There are better places to stay in the Orlando area. One of our rooms had one hand towel. Really ? Keep your chocolate chip cookies !
Staff very helpful, great location for universal. Millarsalehouse a short walk. I hop bus to other parks is a very cheap option for car less patrons. Can't complain at anything..
