Awesome hotel!! Staff was so friendly! So convenient to Universal Studios you can walk!
We won't be staying here ever again. It felt old and musty, tub didn't drain, elevators were down for a while, bug in bathroom and people screaming in hallway at 2am. We complained and the lady at least gave us back our $20 parking lot fee...but, never again.
Needs some serious updating. Not up to Hilton standards at all. I had to ask for extra towels every single day because policy is to only give 2. Really? When four people are in the room? Was going to charge me $17 per day for parking when we didn't even bring a car. Good thing I look over my bills! Outlets didn't work...I could go on. However, Eda and Vin at the breakfast restaurant were the BEST!! THEY SHOULD BE AT THE FRONT DESK, NOT WAITING TABLES.

Bem localizado, mas corredores antigos e algumas partes do hotel estão meio abandonadas
