This is a great hotel and conference center! It is always clean and pleasant. The staff is very courteous and polite! The location is perfectly central to all of the Orlando Attractions and Sites. Great Hotel, Great City!
Awful!!!! No fridge in room. Ice machine close by, but no container to put the ice in. I didn't know it was bring your own. Huge open unshaded parking lot ...in Florida! ! Stayed here fir a convention in may. BacK for another convention. Aarrgghh Will never book for my own time!

Very nice people working at front desk, universal desk, and cleaning and everyone with a double tree shirt, they are all so nice, we are a diamond member, and yes maybe some other Hilton are more up the date, but every personal from double tree we have encountered have been amazingly helpful, what an experience, great! !! 5 stars all the way!
Me and the Mrs arrived at the Hotel on May 10th for 2 weeks from the U.K. Everything from the location to the staff to everything else was perfect for what we needed. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but it was good food. The rooms are slightly out dated but we new this before booking but we didn't travel to America to spend my holiday in the room for 2weeks. I had a issue with a deposit but with the help of the Hotel staff it got rectified even though it was my misunderstanding. Honestly if we could come back to Orland... read more
