Awesome hotel, we want to go back here, staff are kind with us.
So many thing need improvement. It's an older hotel with issues. One positive: Friendly people at front desk.
Loved the hotel and the staff was amazing. The staff went out if there way to make sure everything was wonderful . I highly recommend this property
Nice rooms the place was clean the pool was warm the kids loved it
Friendly staff, but completely incompetent and poorly trained. Absolutely no multi skilled staff available. Room had multiple defects, such as coffee machine incomplete, shower not working, globes out. We tried to send a parcel via DHL, the staff had no idea how to assist us.
