Been here before, the on going construction is a slight inconvenience. Overall very nice, good food close by..
The TSA State Conference has been held here for several years. However, this year I was a bit disappointed in the bathrooms. There were never any towels to dry your hands, and there was a slight mess in a few of them.... But in previous years, I never had a complaint. The food was always delicious and you would get plenty for your money. The construction going in is a mess. The elevators are broken a lot and very slow. Starbucks has two workers there and 20 people on line. It is definitely a low budget hotel.
Great hotel and will be even better when refresh is complete. Downside is Restaurant facilities are very bad. If they upgraded this it would be quality !!
Well all was going on well and I used to think Hilton takes care of its customers until I came here and discovered Double Tree team can't help me redeem points on my stay. I know I booked through third party but to me considering how my previous experience was there should have been some work around. Plus I am hugely disappointed by the room service as well on this stay. The food came quite late and it was so expensive - not a good value of that much money.
Although the property is under some construction, it was a beautiful property. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The only negative is the walls in the rooms are not insulated and we could hear our neighbors talking at 6 am...woke us up! 😞
