Wonderful place to stay. Will come back next time I'm in Orlando
We had a great stay....found the staff friendly and very helpful...this was our second stay....close to restaurants ... Bars and shopping...several choices to eat and drink.....best hotel by Universal and great shuttle service.....rooms are clean and comfortable for resting in between parks and to sleep....all we really used them for!! We WILL return on our next Orlando trip!!!!

We got there early to pre check in so we could spend day at island of adventure. We came back around 5 or so to check in. The room was dirty. So we changed rooms right away. Woke up to bill for parking in the hotel parking lot. The invoice was just slipped under room door. This was never mentioned. I have never stayed at a place I had to pay to park. Let alone $20 � for a little bit more money could have just stayed at a universal hotel.
The room was very clean. The service was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.
