Very dissapointed. Our hotel room has a very bad bathroom. Water leak out all over the bathroom while we take shower. No shuttle to disney (very surprised, I thought most hotels offer free shuttle). We got universal shuttle that did not pick us up and other groups. We all have to either walked back to hotel or took taxi.
Staying the weekend for WrestleMania 33 and I absolutely loved the service I look forward to returning for Orlando studios with my whole family next year
This hotel has been nothing but garbage since I got here. Pay to park, $19 a day I might add. $21 for a damn continental breakfast, I'd rather go to the Fridays across the street, an I don't even like Fridays. I asked them not to charge my card and what do you know, it got charged. All in all I hate this hotel and will never be back.
The renovations are not fully conplete but it looks good. The mini refrigerators in the rooms need to be replaced....not cold enough. The cookies are still good!!
