We checked in and had a 2pm check out today. We put up the sign later please and the maid still knocked on our door. Elevators were a huge problem. One of the 3 elevators was not working when we checked in. This hotel has 18 floors. This morning only one elevator was working and we had to wait a long time for the elevator. The front desk showed no empathy for the guests.

I simply LOVE this Hotel...lovely pool, hot tub, Starbucks, restaurants, laundry,work out gym, and located near the highway. We enjoyed the friendly staff most. Thank you !!
As a Hilton Honors member I try to stay at Hilton hotels whenever I travel either for work or on vacation. This trip was a weekend get away to include a visit to Universal Studios and we chose to stay at the Hilton Doubletree. The front desk staff were exceptional as well as the hotel restaurant staff. The rooms were decent with the one exception of the loud long flushing toilet. The one thing that we didn't appreciate was the cleaning staff yelling in the hallway prior to 9am.
