Hotel was very nice ! Rooms look amazing. Cookies are hot. Check in was a breeze and very friendly. They had my crib set up before I could get there which was awesome ! Only downfall is the beds are HARD and I didn't get any sleep, plus the door has no sweep and lets in a lot of light at night. Walls are also very thin and I could hear our neighbors the whole time. Location couldn't be better for universal.
Nice once you walk in. Rooms, first off we thought we had a suite, but not. Beds were made nicely, but not the most comfortable. We are honors members, which they gave us a free bottled of water, and cookie each. For the price you pay to stay, the $22 breakfast spread should be offered for free!! The bathroom fan didn't work, so no ventilation which leads to the mold build up in the shower area. Lighting is dim, also. Toilet, ha...the longest, loudest flush I've ever encountered in my life. I will definantly stay here again if I return to Orlando. The room was clean and comfy. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I so loved the delicious cookies!!! �
I only stayed one night but I was pleased with the hotel and staff. I can't say I would stay here again because I'm sure that with all the hotels nearby I could find one just as good that didn't charge for parking (all the ones I checked after the fact said free parking) and provided some kind of free breakfast. But do have to say the buffet breakfast I had was excellent. I also bought a sandwich from the Café which was also good.
Can't say how bad and unprofessional this place is several people stepped up to the plate and fixed what sales really screwed up. Never again will I come here or refer a event to use this venue.
Was there for a conference the hotel stay was excellent, but the food at the conference was very poor.
